The Center for Core Healing’s mission is to provide services to youth and families to assist in navigating difficult life passages with grace and guidance.

The Core Healing course curriculum is birthed from my own healing journey as disease, death, divorce, and disconnection have been my great teachers. I share the tools, practices, and wisdom that have helped me to heal from the pain and trauma I have experienced.

It is my great joy to guide individuals to connect to their core so they can self-heal, navigate during turbulent times, and prosper.

Having raised two boys on my own while working full time in the educational sector, I understand the supports that are vital to growing and maintaining strong, healthy youth and families.

I am dedicated to assisting youth and families to awaken, activate, and arise to their true power, purpose, and potential bestowing their unique and special gifts unto the world.
