It all begins with a thought form. Books have opened windows into expanding consciousness to begin to see what is possible and to push the limits of our belief systems. I have compiled a list of books that I found very informative about consciousness, health and healing to start you out.

At times, we may need to seek out complimentary medicine. I have compiled a list of alternative therapies that have helped me along the way. Read and explore and see what resonates with you then put it out to the universe and ask to find just the right practitioner for you or begin to ask others for references.

The power of the spoken word is one of the core manifestation skills. Becoming conscious of what you are creating with your tongue accelerated your success.. Daily practices to relieve the stress and pressure of daily life and balance our emotions are foundational to health and healing. Making and taking the time to be by yourself boosts vitality and sovereignty. Practices such as the relaxation response, body scanning, breath work, and more can be found here.
